COMING MAY 24: The Fritz
Infectious grooves, intoxicating guitar lines and a relentless drive of soul and passion describes one of the Southeast’s newest sensations, The Fritz. Drawing inspiration from a variety of techniques and traditions, the group’s vision is rooted within improvised Electronic Funk Rock. As schooled musicians, The Fritz rely on creating a canvas that is as much defined as it is colorful…leaving the audience entranced within their art.
COMING MAY 25: Bag of Toys
Bag of Toys is a high energy four piece acoustic surf-rock band founded in San Francisco in 2005 and currently based in Wilmington, NC. The band has sold more than 20,000 copies of their three albums across the globe and has delighted fans with hundreds of successful live shows throughout the western and southeastern United States.

Lee Gildersleeve, a Greensboro, N.C. native, was in the first wave of young blues rock guitarists that emerged in the 1960s’ blues revival. In over four decades of performing, Lee’s guitar playing has been featured with rock and roll legends Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley, rocker George Thorogood, rockabilly icon Sleepy La Beef, blues divas Koko Taylor and Marcia Ball, as well as scores of local talents from coast to coast, and his guitar work has also been heard in feature films and commercials.

Free-floating ensemble of local talent crystallizing the original songs of ex-pat Brit P.T.Pawsey and featuring the songwriting talents of Penne Sandbeck.
Working without a net, flashy guitar processing or effects, Kasab relies upon natural vibrations of metal and wood to paint his murals of music, his experiences have been anything short of normal.

Red’s Rhythm plays an eclectic sound of rock, blues, R&B and country with a good mixture of oldies and newer songs to keep a wide variety of audiences happy and on their feet. We have a rich vocal blend of both female and male songs and solid rhythms that can keep a crowd dancing all night long.
